The day combines kids yoga, mindfulness, creative activities and circus play, giving children the opportunity to explore movement, try something new and have lots of fun along the way.
The sessions are designed to be playful, inclusive and age-appropriate, with plenty of opportunities for children to use their imagination, build confidence and connect with others.

I completely understand that it can feel nerve-racking to leave your child with someone new, especially if they haven’t met me before.
I’ll create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where your child can feel comfortable, supported and safe. When you say goodbye, I’ll have an activity ready for them to get involved in and help make the transition as easy as possible.
If your child needs you for any reason, I’ll contact you straight away.
You’re also welcome to stay nearby if that helps your child settle in — just let me know.
