Family Yoga
Share meaningful moments together
through yoga, mindfulness, movement and play.
A Space to Connect
Join children’s yoga teacher Louise and a community of like-minded families each month for an opportunity to slow down, connect and practise yoga together.
Louise’s Family Yoga Classes are designed to help families reconnect through partner yoga, breath exploration and relaxation using child-friendly activities and games.
Created for Families
Classes are thoughtfully designed for 3–9 year olds and their grown-ups, with a focus on connection, playfulness and shared experience. Louise believes yoga is most meaningful when families can practise, learn and grow together.
If you have younger or older children, please feel free to get in touch — Louise will always try her best to support the needs of your family.
Everyone is welcome here. No yoga experience is needed — just come as you are.

Why?
Children today are growing up in a fast-paced world filled with constant stimulation, busy schedules and endless content consumption. Many children are spending less time outdoors, moving their bodies and experiencing true rest — and it’s impacting both children and parents alike.
Family yoga offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.
Through movement, breathing, mindfulness and play, families can slow down, connect and support their wellbeing together in a warm and welcoming space.
Yoga can help both children and grown-ups to:
regulate the nervous system
reduce stress and anxiety
calm busy minds
build confidence and body awareness
strengthen family connection
encourage kindness, mindfulness and emotional resilience
connect with a like-minded community
In a world that asks us to do more, family yoga is a chance to simply be together.
