Family yoga is a safe, nurturing space for children to
+Connect with their feelings
+Express emotions through movement & mindfulness
+Learn tools to regulate their nervous systems
+Move, stretch, breathe, and play
Hi, I’m Louise
After having twins five years ago, I realised how important it is for kids to have a safe space to express themselves. As a trained yoga teacher, I love creating strong connections with children (and their grown-ups!) through yoga, meditation, and playful movement.
In every class, we check in with our feelings—by the end, the most common words I hear are “calm” and “happy.”
