What is Family Yoga?

It's not...

The same as adult yoga

Learning to sit still and be quiet

Taking instructions from a 'teacher' about what you can and can't do

Dropping your child off or sitting on the sidelines not being involved

Feeling alone in parenting

It is...

About having fun, making noise and learning through games

Moving your bodies and exploring feelings

Getting to do some yoga yourself while connecting with your child/ren

Learning tools to help with stress and anxiety

Sharing and making new friends
